How To Beat Cable and Setup A Poor Man's Web TV System
You don't have to be a computer techie, need to buy a new TV, install hardware and connect wires, or pay monthly fees. The method I'm about to show you is by far the easiest, quickest and cost-effect way to get tons of free channels with sports, movies, news to watch from around the globe, as well as listen to radio stations and music.
If you rather have someone else do all the work, then here's how you can setup your own (DIY) web TV system to watch your favorite shows from any location in or out of your home:
Step 1: Search Google with the search term... top 10 best internet tv software. Click the listing that meets the search term and visit the site.
Step 2: Scroll down the web page to find a comparison chart that displays the top 10 and review 1-4. Make note that one of those services is a TV show download service (non-software) that can compliment one of the other top software services.
Step 3: Choose the software service and/or non-software service you want to go with. Choosing both will provide a robust web TV system that gives you 1,000s of live and on-demand Internet TV channels, radio stations, movies, sports, news, TV shows and other free content from the web.
Step 4: If you don't want the TV show download service, you can get access to favorite sitcoms and episodes by visiting website like hulu.com and xfinitytv.comcast.net. If you want to watch live sports and news and/or movies, radio stations and music, then choose one of the top software also.
This method will save you a lot of time and effort and cost very little – just a one-time fee. Compared to Cable and Satellite, savings are huge. Compared to surfing the web on your own to find free content to watch (no fee involved) will require some initial work on your part initially.
The method I'm showing you will allow you to watch everything from one location – not wasting time going to a website to watch sports, another site to watch movies, another to watch TV shows, and so on. The other way allows you to stay in one location, more or less, to watch everything.
Take your time to review the information, products/services and comparison chart. Before buying into a service, contact them via email and ask questions. This will enable you to see just how good is their response time which should take them 2-3 business days to get back to you, and see how well they answer your questions. Do this for a couple services that interest you. That way you can kill two birds with one stone, sort of speak.
